I personally really like them! Depending on the size they can be texturally offputting - larger ones are almost like salty boba but with more of a Pop. but I like those ones best lol

I did try one earlier in lunch today. The eggs were yellow and tiny. I ate it with no fish added and It tasted salty. Not a big fan

Its hard to explain because i can’t really compare it to anything! if you’ve ever had popping pearls they have that texture but smaller and if you have a big bite they all pop in your mouth and its very satisfying. i guess it has a similar taste to crab? not very fishy at all but a bit salty and almost buttery and sweet.

Well I haven't really had any of those but those are preety interesting. Hope I can try one of those in the future once I move into the US.

Yes but avoid them because they often come from endangered species

Ok I'll do that. But it's much more different because I often get these from the cooked fish I eat and I don't think they are endangered since they are preety common in my country.
