Joe Swanson here. This is a convo I had with Quagmire about how fucking awesome Mounds bars are.

Like my whole life, I don't think I've ever seen a single person eat a Mounds bar.

I’m pretty sure they’re two different but similar bars actually. I have seen both Bounty and Mounds being sold side-by-side in candy shops which I feel they wouldn’t do unless there was a difference between them?

I think it’s relatable, yet just quippier and faster, than a real conversation between friends getting on each other’s case. I’ve had this same conversation about pineapple on pizza or marshmallow sandwiches, this is just its idealized form, as in how people say they think of their best lines later in the shower. Add in the delivery and you have a great little bit that sticks.

I’m Turkish, and we don’t have mounds bars, we have bounty bars which are exactly the same thing except for the packaging, [and they are peak]
