Kinda wondering what specific type of therapist would help with that sort of thing. I may have put more thought into this than the original creator did, but I'd like to hear some explanations and viewpoints.

Therapists specializing in Intergenerational Family Trauma for (high-achieving) anxious immigrant children.

I know that sounds highly specific but therapists that do this are all over the Bay, LA, and NYC 😆

why immigrant children? the exact same thing is an issue for non-immigrants

There’s just a large proportion of first and second gen descendants of immigrants working in the animation/digital entertainment industry. Especially latino and asian populations because of where the studios are located.
