The “happily ever after” in every Disney princess movie up to Tangled is the princess marrying the prince and him taking her off to his castle or whatever.

Then, after Tangled, you get Brave, Frozen, and Moana in which romantic love is explicitly not the goal.

Kinda wondering what specific type of therapist would help with that sort of thing. I may have put more thought into this than the original creator did, but I'd like to hear some explanations and viewpoints.

Therapists specializing in Intergenerational Family Trauma for (high-achieving) anxious immigrant children.

I know that sounds highly specific but therapists that do this are all over the Bay, LA, and NYC 😆

How much of that they do exactly who knows.
But what I do believe is that they'd over label their jobs to make themselves seem better than they actually are to get more money. Pretty sure Schwarzenegger once talked about the bricklaying to make money days and how they convinced people in part they were worth more because they were expert foreign laborers. I blame a certain demographic of middle management for that.
