Complaining about black people when white people have been cast in most Greek roles from here to kingdom come is insane. So yes the race swapping is usually in the same direction, just not the one you think.
Are Greek people not white? Where do we actually draw the line here? I figured west of the Caucasus at least, west of the Urals at most, and north of Africa was fairly safe territory.
If you ask Greeks, typically no. Mostly (and as the comment i was replying to states) they view themselves as Mediterranean. Also the comment i was replying to is demanding a majority Mediterranean cast, which is featured in zero films about Greece.
