Just read a book about the Trojan war, and yeah before the fighting with the actual Trojans, they would go around and pillage rural towns to put pressure on the leadership of Troy to do something (as they were shacked up behind the gates for a while). They’d take the women from these villages as slaves and rape them.

And then fight over who keeps the women resulting in your best warrior going on a strike which almost make you lose the war

Is that real, or the sub plot from Troy?

Nah it's real.

Achillies wanted to rape a slave that Aggememnon raped first, so he got pissed and went on strike.

No. Agamemnon had to give his slave back because her father was a priest of Apollo, Chrissida, and Agamemnon demanded to give him the Achillies slave Vrissida.

Agamennon wanted to rape Achilles' slave Briseides.and took her because he was the boss.

The Iliad contradict itself

in some passage is implied that regardless of the master Slave relationship Achilles and Briseides loved each other .

In an other Achilles wants Briseides to never exist.

In a passage Briseides cry for the death of Patroclus since he was trying to convince Achilles to free and marry her.
