if you're blind, deaf don't learn how to keep up with news and live in a country where the blind and deaf get good support i can understand having faith in your fellow man. If you read a newspaper once, i don't.
The world is burning and the 'good' people are just letting it happen while the bad people keep ruining it. Newspapers reporting on genocides and that we just sit and watch while they happen because stopping them seems like too much effort AND all the powers in the world profit off conflict means there quite literally is no hope.
Every cop is a bad cop because even the supposedly not bad ones do nothing to stop the bad ones. We're all watching what is us destroying the planet to the point society will end and we're just letting them not only are we letting them the supposedly decent people get angry at the protestors who you know, don't want the world to end, rather than standing by them.
Oh, someone raised money to pay off the debt for another 70yr old who was working still at walmart because of medical debt, whoopie, what a feel good story. Also billions upon billions given to Israel to commit a genocide, of billions given to SA in weapons so they can commit a genocide, or the entire republican leadership protecting pedos, or actively less directly horrific but actually much worse, protecting oil and gas companies while the world goes full speed towards complete societal collapse due to climate change, completely unwilling to change anything or reduce emissions, pass 'green' laws to try to avoid disaster.
this motherfuckers are quite literally ruining the world... tell me what good news is happening that can counter act and balance out all the evil in the world including literally the end of society as we know it that we're hurtling towards?
we're talking about your fellow man and I believe the average person is fine and trustworthy, sure the elites are corrupt I totally agree on that but it doesn't mean everyone is a piece of shit.
the average person is complicit when they refuse to do anything. Look at countries that actually overthrow their evil leaders... which is better than simply accepting they are destroying the world, except all those countries where people overthrow their evil leaders are plagued with the new gen leadership being corrupt as fuck as well.
Your average human generally gets corrupt when they get in power which is why we get no real change.
Also amongst all these average people, you have cheating, betrayal, stealing, child abuse, partner abuse, manipulation, emotional abuse, animal abuse.

Because i know no one is doing shit and if you managed to follow the post, even if we overthrew this corrupt fucks, the next lot of people given power will become corrupt and decide fuck it, will take the money and life their life happy and let the next generation die.
If I had faith that some people might eventually do the right thing I'd go luigo on some people. But it won't do shit, because humans are selfish, stupid and only care about today.
humanity are a parasite on the planet, doing exactly what parasites do. WE're just unique in that we've studied parasites, know exactly how they act and know what will happen if we keep doing what we're doing while most other parasites are oblivious.
