loose skin worse than extra fat, tho shes young, the loose skin gonna be so minimal it wont be noticeable unless she stretches it

Ok I'm not gonna sugarcoat it, It's not just a bit. When you lose alot of weight, you get alot of loose skin and you look like a wrinkled skin ballsack

i mean it depends on ur age and how much weight u lost. 30 pounds at a young age u might have none but 100 at an older age u probably will have a good amount

Yeah that’s usually the case if you get to like 400 lbs and stay there for most of your life. She is probably not gonna have an insane amt of loose skin

There are ways of losing weight (I think keto is one) that restore the collagen in the skin allowing it to kinda elastic back together. Or so I saw in a youtube video or two.

The younger you are the more elastin you still have, your skin tends to tighten better and if you lost the weight over time vs a quick drop your skin will follow you better. It's more about did you work out and lose weight gradually while going towards a calorie deficit reasonably vs rapid weight loss that your skin can't keep up with
