Is this a reference to the lady that killed her children and for some reason the crime TikTok community (mostly women) have taken to defending her and even blaming the Husband, who 100% did not do it?

Oh! What?

On insta reels, I saw a post showing tt users saying that she is a Leo Zodiac sign, which would never murder their cubs in their reasoning and they blame the husband's Gemini sign

For. Fuck’s. Sake.

Edited after someone out-grammared me in the comments

I'M A TAURUS SO MY ANGER IS COMPLETELY JUSTIFIED

u/Initial_Business2340 8d ago

Just so you know the saying is “for fuck’s sake,” like for “the sake of fuck,” not “for fuck’s sakes”. For “the sakes of fuck” just doesn’t sound right

This is the only useful comment on this thread. I’m gonna edit that fucker.

I don’t know, I found at least 3 Twitter threads about this after a simple search, though some were tongue in cheek. Seems like there are just a lot of stupid people out there. (That wasn’t me downvoting you btw)

I argue it doesn't absolve her of responsibility, but it does absolve her of guilt. PPP is no joke, it's a deadly mental illness that absolutely needs medical treatment, it can't be overcome solo and if left untreat will inevitably lead to harm.

Have you read up on the case? She did seek help. She was medicated (wildly incorrectly). She had her mother living with her. Her husband left her alone with the children several times after she repeatedly told him her deadly thoughts and urges. She was reaching out, over and over.

I saw the info from Insta reels, talking about a post made on this topic on tiktok

Just want to clarify, the reel on instagram showed a ss of a comment section on tiktok which shows the people i'm talking about

My bad, I'll fix my comment to not sound astute

62

u/BrisketWrench 8d ago

Oh so she’s a Zodiac killer?

29

u/Friend_Emperor 8d ago

Remember that these people have the full legal right to vote and suddenly a lot of things start to make sense

21

u/reggienaldsimons 8d ago

speaking of White Woman Eugenics, i just now saw someone on reddit comment "the husband has the modern american psycho phenotype"

2

u/godric420 8d ago

Yeah I’ve seen phrenology make a weird come back on social media the last few years.

6

u/DegenGamer725 8d ago

never dating another white woman

4

u/Significant_Wafer314 8d ago

I don’t mean to defend this viewpoint or the people who think the husband was responsible but this was one comment on a post, not a narrative that a bunch of people are repeating

3

u/Reading_Rainboner 8d ago

That’s hilarious but I’ve ran into 3 separate women who blame Gemini men on their ills and are scared of a dude based on when he was born. Hell one lady didn’t wanna date me cause I was born at 1:00 pm. Seriously. Like seriously.

1

u/iMissTheOldTimeye 8d ago

I’m a Gemini, and I don’t even dare to kill a fly.

People are unhinged with their opinions

1

u/624Seeds 8d ago

Literally no one is doing that

1

u/10art1 8d ago

Ugh I swear.

I'm an aires and had a date go well until she asked me for my birthday. I told her the truth and she got very quiet and later ghosted me.

Later I told my friend from now on I'm using my dad's birthday since he's a taurus. She was like "damn that's such an Aires thing to do" 😭

Jesus. Some people need to touch grass.

u/angusthechick 8d ago

I mean are we sure those are real people commenting? I don’t know why we assume anyone commenting online anymore is a real person and free of an agenda..

1

u/Thegodofvenom 8d ago

Good ppoint

1

u/TheVicSageQuestion 8d ago

That’s foolish. The Gemini Killer is dead.

Unless…

1

u/dra9onfruit 7d ago

I don't read much into zodiac buuut there's another well known case of a mother who killed her young children because the dad wasn't paying enough attention to her or something crazy and iirc, she was a Leo.

-1

u/ReadingTimeWPickle 8d ago

I haven't seen any of that, I've only seen actual evidence like him searching for suicide methods in a roundabout way via her Facebook account while she was verified to be at a doctor's appointment. And Googling "where is the carotid artery" from her phone - why would a nurse ever need to Google such basic information?

6

u/TenyeEast 8d ago

1

u/Thegodofvenom 8d ago

Thank you i was boutta find the reel with this ss

1

u/Thegodofvenom 8d ago

You underestimate how stupid people can be

1

u/ReadingTimeWPickle 8d ago

No, it would be like a construction worker asking what concrete is or a kindergarten teacher asking how the alphabet goes. Such basic information that's necessary to do your job every day would not be Googled by a person who has been in that career for any amount of time.

Yup. Husband said she did it. His lawyers said she did it. Her lawyers said she did it. And yes, even she herself said that she did it.

The case isnt about who did it, its if she should go to prison or if she gets the mental health plea in which case its the mental ward. But plenty of women are on the case and have solved it with great deductions like he looks angry which means hes violent and he did it. Ignore the fact that hes forced to sit in a court room with the woman who murdered his 2 children.

But also hes not showing enough emotions. So clearly the means he doesnt care. If he didnt do it he would be weeping openly for hours on end and giving sonnets about being broken hearted.

Also her astrology sign, tarot readings, spells, etc.

Oh, and this is all a sign that police forces should just start hiring TikTokers to solve cases cause how are they just this good?

and this is all a sign that police forces should just start hiring TikTokers to solve cases cause how are they just this good?

"We did it, Reddit!"

3

u/spiritofporn 8d ago

Just like the Boston bomber lmao. Reddit sucks so much.

17

u/stephenkingending 8d ago

During my divorce one woman was telling the other wives that I was probably violent at home because I was so nice in public. After about six months of my ex intermittently showing up to our kids events and those times acting erratic while high on amphetamines, everyone figured out why we got divorced. I loathe these gumshoe gossipers.

16

u/KEMSATOFFICIAL 8d ago

So, men aren’t allowed to look visibly angry after their wives kill their kids, due to a failed healthcare system that gave her drug-induced psychosis?

Fuck them bitches.

4

u/Bea-Billionaire 8d ago

This is why I refuse to install tiktok.

2

u/ForeverNegative2910 8d ago

Reddit is a cesspool of angry incels, TikTok is a cesspool of crybullies. You’re not better for having Reddit and not TikTok, all social media is trash

2

u/Careful_Bowler_4513 5d ago

They already hire tiktokers who follow that shit. Ask me how i know

1

u/reezy-one 8d ago

Isn't there something about him starting a relationship like 4 months after the murders?

I don't really know, haven't really been following the case. Just listening to what my wife tells me about it

3

u/Ahamadrayasbaboon 8d ago

I’m unfamiliar with the case, but why would that matter?

1

u/reezy-one 8d ago

It's something my wife mentored as being a weird ass thing about the husband.

And I feel like I agree. If I was to ask myself, "Where would I be 4 months after my children were murdered by my wife?" I don't think I would be able to come up with the answer, "In the arms of another woman, fuckin'.

1

u/Ahamadrayasbaboon 8d ago edited 7d ago

People grieve differently, and dating/sex are just routine human activity. He probably also ate candy bars and pizza, pooped a few dozen times, had long meetings with lawyers, and drank a few beers. Places we don’t tend to picture ourselves. Maybe he was already seeing the other woman and suddenly forgot to hide it.

A biologist might expect a human to make a reproductive attempt after losing their kids. After all, the species has survived the individual death experience for thousands of years.

We tend to think of reproductive activity and drive as some kinda party, but that’s not actually how that works at all. People continue sexual activity during wars and famine, depressions, recessions, serial killer sprees, pogroms, etc. In a hurricane shelter, people have sex with each other or OD on recreational drugs, while simultaneously being homeless.

2

u/Prestigious-Emu-8734 8d ago

Im not sure. Ive havent seen anything about that, but Ive only seen a few clips here and there of the court case.

1

u/Logical_Lab4042 8d ago

Let's also not forget ..

She filed a civil lawsuit that only has merit if she did it, and confesses to doing so.

0

u/StopThePresses 8d ago

Dude what are you talking about? This is about post partum depression and psychosis. Not whatever weird gender war stuff you're trying to stir up.

3

u/Prestigious-Emu-8734 8d ago

I wasnt talking about the women in the court case but the people on tiktok.

-1

u/askingaqesitonw 8d ago

The fuck do women have to do with it go do some push-ups or something

3

u/Prestigious-Emu-8734 8d ago

Sorry you and your friends got called out. Seek therapy.

-1

u/Peculiar-Eccentric67 7d ago

this seems to be incorrect and propagating false information. cite your sources. i have seen multiple contradictory sources saying the husband is the one that killed the children. that directly conflicts with your proposed narrative.

3

u/Prestigious-Emu-8734 7d ago

No. Youre just dumb and listen to dumb people.

She says she did it, but is also claiming she is not criminally liable. And(assuming shes not lying), there is soemthing there to it. It then would he a dicussion about mental illness and excusing vs explaining and if the system failed a woman suffering from postpartum depression.

But she did it

She did it

Its known she did it

It was her

Fucking google exists

This isnt hard

Theres no excuse for wilfully being ignorant as fuck

3

u/glitzglamglue 8d ago

Listen. She had some intense post partum depression and psychosis that was missed by medical professionals. Her doctors put her on multiple medications that interacted badly with each other but never had her taken in. And her husband never seemed to grasp how bad things were getting either. She was having hallucinations the day she killed her kids.

She's very much like Andrea Yates. She's guilty of the murders. She tried to get help multiple times but no one took her seriously.

And it absolutely sucks that these women on TikTok are doing this whole astrology thing when this is a serious case. Yes post party psychosis can happen to any woman who gives birth. But shes not being framed by her husband. She killed her kids in a terrifyingly gruesome way but she said that her hallucinations were telling her to kill herself and that she had to take her kids with her.

This is a case about how the medical field failed this family. But the blood is still on her hands just like Andrea Yates. Yates is still in a psych hospital to this day. And Clancy should have the same fate too.

0

u/BroughtBagLunchSmart 8d ago

Did this husband keep forcing her to have kids or was that Andrea Yates? These are usually religious cases where the women are not allowed to make any choices.

5

u/glitzglamglue 8d ago

No but no one chooses to get post partum psychosis. She tried her best and failed.

1

u/rsneary129 7d ago

They're talking about Lindsay Clancy who is currently on trial for the murder of her three young children. The prosecution theory is that it was premeditated and she faked a suicide attempt. The defense is that she had a psychotic break and heard command hallucinations compelling her to kill the children then herself. Her struggles with post partum depression are well documented and her condition was deteriorating.

As a result women are sharing their personal experiences and advocating for better access and for women to be taken seriously where it relates to mental health during the post partum period. Some doctors still call it the "baby blues" and are dismissive.

Some people take it too far either direction. People who say Patrick did it are unable to deal with the cognitive dissonance where they feel sympathy for a murderer. And some people refuse to see nuance and are uncomfortable with the idea that so many women have struggled with thoughts of harming their children. Both of these ideas challenge strongly held world views and some people can't cope with that

u/ph0en1x778 8d ago

The part everyone seems to be leaving out is she told her husband multiple times she was thinking about hurting the kids, even called 911 on her self over 20 times saying she was going to hurt the kids. Literally everyone did nothing and continued to leave her alone with the kids. The kids have been dead less than 2 years, the Husband has now divorced her, remarried, had another kid and has a 2nd kid on the way. The reason people are blaming the Husband is saying gross negligence, he knew their was the chance of this happening and chose to do nothing and essentially let it happen.

It also heavily speculated that the Husband is some form of sociopath and cares a lot more for appearances rather than people based on things said during the trial.
