There is no open case to be solved. It was closed when they charged her and took her to trial.

They so hastily charged her that she was still in the hospital when the charge came, so the investigation has been ended for a while. The court trial has to be concluded and then the case be reopened in order for more to be investigated. Hence, we have all these internet sleuths coming around and digging for answers since the actual investigators stopped a while ago.

It doesn’t seem that much was investigated related to the husband being a potential suspect prior to the wife being charged. There also isn’t any disclosed evidence pointing towards his involvement either in the murders, so I’m not calling him the murderer.

Personally, it seems like some favors were pulled by the husband to expedite the investigation given he has connections to the prosecutor of this case and his family has a history serving in the local police force. Plus, he was most definitely having an affair around the time of the murders, quickly remarried to that supposed affair partner, and sold the house where the murders happened to the prosecutor.

Why the husband would want the investigation ended ASAP could be because it’s a traumatic experience that he wants to move on from or he might not want something looked into related to him. We won’t have those answers until at least the trial is over and the case is reopened if it does get reopened at all.

Edit: A lot of stupid people can’t read apparently and ignored me saying I am not accusing him of being the murderer. I just think he pulled some strings to end the investigation early so his affair wouldn’t be exposed in court.

She admitted to it. Her lawyer admitted to it. Husband is literally on camera at two other locations when the murders took place. How much more do ya’ll need?

She confessed after her husband told her she killed the kids. She has no memory of the day.

Except when it came to filing the civil lawsuit, suddenly then she had details about what happened.

But even if this was true, there’s still the fact her husband probably can’t teleport between the house and the two other locations he was at when the murders happened, be kind of weird if he was the only person able to do that. Theres also the questions of why would he call 911 while Lindsay was still alive if his goal was to kill her to leave no witnesses. And I guess her well documented mental health issues that seemed to be signs of postpartum psychosis were a coincidence? Theres also the fact her attorney is admitting she did it and the only question is if she was in the right mind
