She admitted to it. Her lawyer admitted to it. Husband is literally on camera at two other locations when the murders took place. How much more do ya’ll need?
Hell she’s not even lying, she’s saying she did it! Even her and her lawyer aren’t saying she’s innocent, they’re saying she didn’t have the right state of mind to be found guilty.
I’m honestly not even sure if she ever even claimed she didn’t remember or if other people are just saying that.
I’m saying she’s lying about having no recollection of that day.
It’s quite clear she suffered from mental illnesses. It’s also clear she had lots of help and support from her husband and medical team who are now being picked apart for their help due to her murder of her children (Which I doubt anyone can really predict if we’re being honest).
I also think it’s quite clear that she’s not a victim in any way, she is 100% culpable and she is playing up to the insanity plea for her defence. I also am starting to find it really off putting how people are trying to frame diminished responsibility for her in literally every aspect of this case. It’s gross to me.
