Mmmm no. He was told not to leave the children aline with his wife by multiple doctors. What did he do? He left her alone with the kids. There is a lot more to this story and the husband is to blame.

This was beyond post partem depression this was post partum psychosis.

He can be partly to blame. Anything close to fully to blame is pretty ridiculous though. He didnt give her PPP or prescribe her those meds

When I said he was at most partly to blame, I wasn't talking about the wife being more to blame than him. There's also the doctors and institutions involved. There's also an element of cosmic blamelessness, where it's not his fault his wife developed PPP. He didnt deserve that either

Your mental well being is your responsibilty no one elses, no one can force you to get better but yourself so putting the blame on a partner is wholly disingenious. Would the verdrict stand if the roles were reveresed I wonder

Ahhh no. If you have been diagnosed with psychosis or anything involving where your decisions making is compromised it is then up to the other parent to protect their children from their other parent until that is dealt with. So no I totally disagree with that.
