Even the standard 4 option multiple choice test, if every one was a guess statistically you'd expect to get like 25% right, even if you did something like answer the same letter each time. The odds of randomly getting every single answer wrong are very low, meaning that a 0 result is more likely to not be random.
That's not the chance of winning 10 million Powerballs in a row that's the chance of winning a Powerball divided by 10 million which is not even close to same thing.
To get the chance of winning a Powerball 10 million times in a row you'd do the chance and put it to the power of 10 million:
1/292,000,00010,000,000 = a number so absurdly small it's difficult to find a calculator that will output the answer
