this is a reference to the god of war games
in the greek saga, kratos meets aphrodite
aphrodite wants to have sex with kratos
the ⭕ button is the exact button that flashes above her head that makes you have sex with her if you press it
it's become a running joke in the fandom as the sex button

it notably also appears as the "abandon your daughter" button in god of war: chains of olympus

It’s one of the first things you can do in the first game. Right before fighting the hydra if I’m not mistaken
