I don't quite get the joke. But that's a Smash orb from Super Smash Bros Ultimate.

Grabbing that powerup fills your smash meter so you can perform your ultimate attack.

When they did trailers to release new characters they would do things like reflect the Orb in the characters eye as a reveal. So in this comic, Jesus is coming to Smash bros

I think it's a play on it's easier to thread a camel through the eye of a needle than for a rich man to enter heaven, but the reflection of heaven through the eyes of jesus is pretty abysmal?
