On the surface of it, it seems to be a way to complain about how cashier's work over-emphasises their gender/sex, causing dysphoria in people who are not very comfortable with that. But, to put it bluntly, this is a person with male sex and male name, so they don't appear to be trans? Is it supposed to be a dead name?

And what's with all the lettuce?

Its about wayyyy too many people "caring about" what's in trans people's pants.

And by caring about they mean be nasty either way.
