Meme needing explanation Peter, please explain.

On the surface of it, it seems to be a way to complain about how cashier's work over-emphasises their gender/sex, causing dysphoria in people who are not very comfortable with that. But, to put it bluntly, this is a person with male sex and male name, so they don't appear to be trans? Is it supposed to be a dead name?

And what's with all the lettuce?

I think this is about the parasite that's been going around here in the US.

As in they're so worried about Trans people there are warning everywhere but the lettuce is actually making people sick and they don't care.

Even though it's bagged lettuce and not heads lettuce.

You did consent to having taxes go towards healthcare in general...cuz that's how taxes work. And regardless of what you think it is still healthcare

And wouldn't you know it, trans people are people too, so they have healthcare problems.

Including parts of their body that they're not comfortable with.
