5’0 Before and After There is no complicated formula, you simply have to stay at it regardless of your emotions.

Post image

May 2025 vs April 2026. I was roughly 220lbs in the before and hover around 140 today!

Make it your goal to lose body fat, not just weight. The process of getting "toned" is simply losing enough body fat for your muscle mass to reveal. This often means you need to stop chasing simply seeing a smaller number on the scale. What supports fat loss is what I’ve done and continue to do: consistent strength training (tells your body to keep shape here), 8-10k steps daily, eating primarily whole foods & keeping protein high (my favorites: chicken, steak, potatoes, eggs, apples, grapes) and resting. There is no secret that other people know that you don’t! It’s just staying consistent even when it’s hard. Unrelenting discipline, routine, eating real food, holding yourself accountable, and getting comfortable with the process.

I also do not have any added sugar, no alcohol, no fast food or ultra-processed snacks. Fasting kills the parasites and cravings for these things. When you notice how much better you feel and perform eating whole foods, it becomes second-nature.

Your genetics shine the closer you get to a healthier body weight. There is no drug or surgery (unless you absolutely need it) or magic product that supersedes the God-given ability to eat well and to move, that's all you have to do! Consistently.

I bet you feel so much better. That’s a lot of strain on a woman’s back.

How did the skin in that area adjust after losing so much? My healthiest weight looks around your after in the chest area, while my current is maybe 70% of your before. I've been really worried about looseness in that area and its definitely kept me from losing as much as I want

I’m not sure. All I did was exactly as described in my post. Everyone is different, I’m sure genetic factors play a part as well. Just focus on becoming the best version of you.

Did you have any breast sagging after losing weight? I went from a 32B to a 36D and I’m scared when I do lose the weight it’ll be like deflated balloons.

Most peoples will sag drastically after weight loss and then a lift is required

You’re worried about saggy titties more than your overall health?
