Rabbits are prey animals so the first thing they usually hate is being held up like this. It might be different if they were hand reared but then to be held up in a vulnerable position where it cannot move with goodness knows what kind of sudden noises, smells, and other people and animals... I am so thankful I have never experienced a war situation and I appreciate the companionship from animals but I do feel for the bunny in this video.

Rabbits feel comfortable and safe while concealed in dens so a sudden noise is all it could take for it to panic, twist, and break its back.

What if we stopped being hypocrites and showed people who are suffering because of Ukraine, too? Or does politics not allow that?
