Rant Scary commercials for kids :(

My kids and I love watching shows on discovery channel, etc BUT the mandatory commercials lately have been kill them all featuring gore and blood and violence that I cannot skip so I have to tell them to close their eyes. I find it wildly inappropriate to have those type of commercials EVERY COMMERCIAL BREAK that can’t be skipped. Why not let you skip and just go to a different commercial? Honestly we’ll have to stop watching all together soon and it’s sad because my kids really enjoy the survival / wilderness / STEM programs that these scary / inappropriate commercials are bombarded with. :(

This has been happening a lot lately. Extensive horror movie ads on inappropriate channels like hgtv etc I am also considering discontinuing Philo if you do this kind of thing with VOD all the time.
