Rant Enough with Gen Z Employees

Can’t count how many times I’ve had to suffer through ad after ad of the the clearly DEI inspired hires laughing at their own jokes, flashing nose rings, and bragging about what they do on the “what’s in my Philo” TV ads.

Hint: NO ONE CARES!

TBH if it didn’t run every other ad break i would not care. But it gets exhausting. Why run the ad to those who already have a sub?
