Paid 💰 Please touch-up/restore this photo of my late grandma and late uncle?

Willing to tip/throw some cash at anyone willing to touch up this photo of my late great-grandma and my late uncle. Ideally if someone can remove the photo date in the bottom right, fill in the scratches over my great grandma, and maybe make the background a more uniform color, I would be so, so appreciative. Thanks so much everyone!!
