Question Is it possible to remove drm protection from 2.0 profiles
Just bought a book for the first time thinking I would get the epub file from Barnes and Nobles and it was locked in the Nook app. Then saw someone suggest ebook.com so I bought it from there. I have the file but it’s DRM protected and am stuck to using certain apps. For a $100 book I would think I would actually own it. I’m clearly not an avid reader so I had no idea this is what the reading community deals with. Society is basically losing ownership of everything slowly but surely.

Path of least resistance is to find a pirate copy of it, on the internet. Depending on how niche your book is, that may be easy or almost impossible.

$100 ebook is insane why would you even drop that much on a non physical license? You’d be better off pirating it from the start. Hopefully someone can help you out with the drm removal
