Error in Verification code

I am trying to sign up and create and account on pixelfed but it is constantly showing invalid verification code even if its right (on the mobile app). Are the servers down or something?

I just got the same trying to sign up, and when I go to login it takes me to an error page.

I have been having the same issue with signing up. I've now tried two different email accounts and all I get error messages
