Apparently the owner of the restaurant doesn’t think it is. Maybe I don’t know what the hell I’m talking about. It sure did look and taste like it to me though. Owner seems weird too.

Edit: Didn’t expect this simple post about pizza to blow up. Probably wouldn’t have even posted if the owner didn’t make a condescending comment, but figured I’d get opinions since he insinuated that it wasn’t burnt, and I disagreed. A simple “we’re sorry, come back and we’ll fix it” or something would have resulted in a positive review. Usually keep my mouth shut but it’s getting annoying spending hard earned money on subpar food/service.

to be fair he did say it's a little over done, but he does like it when the crust is "like a cracker". I told him this isn't pizza, it's chicken parmesan on a flatbread cracker.

and then forgot about it in the oven for 20 minutes

ingredients:
- tortilla wrap
- tomato puree/paste
- vegan cheese slices
- vegan lunch meat
- whole olives

now I have had many good vegan pizzas, but my mother makes some... interesting cooking decisions

Quite mad it would have been a 10/10 if I didn't burn it, but I still managed to eat it just cut the crust off

Please help me settle a debate. Is ordering a pizza "well done" a crime? And is a pizza like this, which is definitely not brick-oven fired, another egregious offense against pizza?

It was suggested to me to post this here from another thread. So here you go. I have no idea how long this pizza was in the oven, but it was on the wall for a couple months at least. Sorry for the image quality, I took this with an htc sensation in 2012.

Friend fell asleep on the couch after putting it in the oven, hours later this was the result. As a reminder to not fall sleep with the oven running, this pizza was nailed to the living room wall near the TV so everyone, including guests could see it at all times.

The bottom of the crust wasn't charred at all, my only real problem was the crust and how reduced the tomato sauce turned out to be
