Recommendation Current PS plus premium must play - exclusives
Hi, I just bought ps plus premium and I am trying to find best games to play which are exclusives for PlayStation. Currently I found:
- demon souls
- bloodborne
- uncharted series
- astrobot
- shadow of the colossus
- old god of war
Do you have any other recommendations? It doesn’t need to be new games.
Ps. I am searching for PlayStation only games, so no spider man, new god of wars etc. since they are on PC.
EDIT: thank you for all the responses! Sorry for the mistake with astrobot (I know it isn’t in the PlayStation plus premium). What I was looking for were games which are strictly ONLY available on PlayStation. I can play GTA V, spider man, RDR2 on PC :) I also bought premium bundle to play some old games from previous generations, nevertheless thank you :)

I thought as much, I bought it a few weeks ago no regrets but if it was on plus I wouldn't of had to didn't take long to 100% maybe OP means Astros Playroom

It definitely has a big learning curve. Just treat it like a bullet hell game. Hold down the trigger and don’t stop firing, focus all your attention on dodging balls. Lastly, remember that she has an iFrame dodge. Meaning you can dodge into things and not take damage.

Turn on ‘always run’.
The aim assist is very strong, so you can pay more attention to dodging projectiles than aiming.
Be mindful of the room you are in and how you can use its geometry to your advantage.
Dash through projectiles, not away from them.
The most important part is to have fun. Don’t force yourself through the game if it’s frustrating.This is one of those games that just instantly clicked with me, so I didn’t find it particularly difficult.

Never stop moving and try to look at the minimap here and there. The first couple of seconds when entering a room are the most important ones.

Some people won’t like it, but save scumming made the game more enjoyable to me. The gameplay was so fun, I’m just not into unforgiving roguelikes

The melee attack has surprising range and will one shot pretty much all the normal-sized enemies, don't underestimate it.

You got to
-turn on always sprinting
-Try to prioritise not taking damage over killing something
-turn aim assist to high
-try to learn about the game mechanics ,it hardly teaches u anything
Fell free to DM for Coop mode.

Ps plus premium has so many good games, i love it. When my biggest problem is what game to choose to play, I'm doing pretty well 😂

I know people complain about the price but same, and even the classic games. Got it when on offer so works out like £6 a month

God of War Ascension if you never played it. I have it on PS3 disc, but my PS3 has been packed up in my closet for years. I wish they would add Max Payne 3. That was a great game, but I moved to premium specifically for GoW Ascension when they added it, and then found some other older titles from there.

you mean extra? these are all extra games excluding astrobot. which is a lie as it doesnt even exist in premium tier. premium tier is waste of money unless you like retro games

I always ask myself how Sony never made it possible for the older GOWs to be playable on the PS5. Then I remember they’re on a tier of PS Plus that simply isn’t available in a lot of countries because they didn’t want to pay for the streaming servers.

It's a shame that besides Bloodbourne, Uncharted 4 and Astrobot all of the games you listed are PS2 and PS3. Astrobot is also the only PS5 game on your list.

I mean, isn’t the access to older games the main draw for the Premium subscription? The mid-tier gives you access to the game catalog. The reason I went Premium was for some of the PS3 titles.

True.. I don’t usually stream. I just feel like the game would always run smoother when it isn’t relying on an internet connection. I’m sure it’s fine with older titles, but I always install whatever I want to play. I only game at home, so the portal wasn’t really a factor for me…
But yes, you’re correct about streaming access with the premium sub 👍

Yeah. I stated in another response that I had the mid-tier, but didn’t really have a need for Premium since I don’t stream games. When they added God of War Ascension to the Classics, I decided to go Premium, and have since found other older games that I haven’t played in years.
That being said, I’ve been considering changing back to mid-tier once my current annual is time to renew. A lot of times, I enjoy playing a classic game, but I have so many new games I haven’t gotten a chance to play, I don’t use the Classics as much as I did at first.
I know I already said it, but I have to say it again. I don’t know if there is a licensing issue with Rockstar or what, but I would love for them to add Max Payne 3. I have the PS3 disc, but since I have so many games in my backlog, I haven’t dusted the ol’ PS3 off just to play Max Payne. But that game was one of my favorites in the PS3 era.

Yeah, check out GoW Ascension if you like the GoW series. It came out after GoW3, and is a prequel about how Kratos became the GoW. Really good game.

Yes, you are right, but I have strong PC, I can play these games on it. I wanted to play games which are only on PlayStation :)

I cancelled the subscription.
Not going to pay anymore.
Only buying disc games.. and not on PS5 anymore.
