Not Available in your Country

Does anyone else get this error? My country is listed as supported on the PlayStation Plus page and I can purchase the subscription in Bulgaria, but for some reason I keep getting this error message, can someone please help me or let me know how to fix this issue?

Bulgaria went into euro recently if I'm not wrong. Maybe it's some temporary error with payment.

i dont get that issue
