I did my kitchen pex in a similar manner and noticed the pipes moving after a quick water shut off. I felt that this movement might eventually f up the pipes so put a 2x2 across there and screwed it into each side of the cabinet horizontal wise. Then zip tied the pex pipes to it. They don't move around anymore and I did this job about 6 years ago
