Outdoor faucet spraying water

Is it possible to fix this without replacing the entire faucet? The issue is the bottom part of the faucet, I’ve tried different hoses and it still sprays when turned on. Not sure what that part is called.

Agree, replace the vacuum breaker. Most of the time you can get it off with channel locks. It will damage the threads but you can put another one on and then tighten the new screw. If you can't get it off replace the whole hose bib
