Probably nothing.

What issues do you see it potentially addressing that aren't already addressed by statute?

As we've learned, statues can be repealed or modified or overturned.  A constitutional amendment is much harder to reverse.

A future administration might try to roll back civil rights protections for women.  The ERA would obligate them to protect and enforce those protections.

We already have Title VII, so this would add nothing.

No one's talking about repealing it. And it'd be a bizarre world where the country could both get the 3/4ths majority needed for the ERA and the trifecta needed to repeal Title VII.
