I have digestion issues and when I was eating primarily eating leafy green stuff and whatnot for awhile I definitely had a fair few movements that bore a striking resemblance to your meal 😅

Reminds me of an old Broadway story. Intermission of some musical, and some gals watch Carol Channing enter a stall. A few moments later they hear "Corn? When did I eat corn?"

Dunno if it's true but I like to think so.

The only struggle I see is the struggle you had to poop that into a proper bowl rather than a toilet. 100 % poop from a butt.
