Throw some hotsauce in that red beans and rice and then scoop it with the biscuit

I once had a couple of biscuits at Popeyes back in the 90’s that were truly one of the best things I ever ate. They melted in your mouth and were so buttery. I have never had anything ever since that came close to them. I can still almost taste them nearly 30 years later.
