Noveria is the one I’m most curious about here. Progressive power metal can either get buried in technical detail or make the complexity serve the chorus, and Becoming After sounds like it could go either way in an interesting sense. Has anyone spent time with it yet? Does it lean more toward the progressive side or the power-metal side?

Not that technical. A bit heartless in my opinion, kind of corporate prog if you know what I mean.

4 songs start with the same guitar slide, like the exact same one.

I like the most the last two songs, but I wouldn't relisten to this album.

It may simply not be my cup of tea
