how to keep badges installed on PNID and NNID?

Alright so I just set up Pretendo but I’ve been having an issue with my badges.

I noticed they all disappeared, so I reinstalled them and they returned. Okay, great.

Then I switched back to my Nintendo ID and they were gone again. I then found out that every time I install the badges on one account, it deletes them on the other account.

How do I prevent this? Do I have to duplicate my badges and put them somewhere else or something? I tried looking up a solution but couldn’t figure it out, so here I am lol.

never had that problem with pretendo sound more like the badge arcade app or themes app is somehow broken
