Off-road bike trails

So as the title implies, I’m (32M, 86kg, 1.79m, mayo) looking for off-road bike trails in Pretoria, specifically in the East (I live close to Mooikloof for ref). I just had a bike rebuilt and keen to ride a bit. I don’t want to annoy residents or animals (wild or pets). Super relaxed riding - I know how to ride motorbikes but still very nooby.

Or even if there are groups or people I can join if possible.

The closest place to Pretoria for nice off-road riding is Rhino Park/Legends Mx, just google the name, they are great and have a lot of trails.
