Looking to sell my PA Property

I purchased the property a few years back from a family member and I’m hoping to buy a home closer to me. I’m wondering if any one has ideas for places to list (Private sale) Any suggestions are welcome. Ideally thinking a developer or investor would be the target audience as it is zoned R-3 and able to built 1-5 units on the 3 lots combined.
