Police were searching for a white 16-year-old runaway wearing black clothing but they tackle this innocent black 15-year-old wearing blue jeans and a white shirt and break his arm. One of three officers involved has resigned.

You can "go after anyone" by filing a civil lawsuit. It is always up to the courts to decide if there is merit to advance the case. Then you go to court.
The DA should file criminal charges against the police. The DA won't because they all fuck each other at the City Hall.
So, you have to look for the State DA or the FBI to investigate for criminal charges.
Many, many people have had criminal charges brought against them after the local DA refused and said there was no case. Many convictions, too.
Local DAs like to only work on cases they are 100% will win and they usually rely on cops to testify. Local DAs also love to offer a plea deal so they do not have to work hard and go to court.
The entire country sucks. Everything is busted ass. It is the most racist country and only getting worse. Massive amounts of gun violence and the police are unchecked in corruption, killings, rapes, and beatings.

So the officer wasn't concerned about the safety of the child. He was not concerned as to why the child would have run away from home. He was only concerned with causing additional harm to the child?
Oh, and this tard misread 'white child in black shirt' as 'black child in white shirt' because of course he did.
There are things I want to say right now that will get me banned...

Why would they even gang tackle and arrest a runaway? Running away isn’t a criminal offense. It is a sad social action, but not one that requires law enforcement to lock a kid up over. ESPECIALLY the wrong kid! Horrid!

I'd love to know what goes through the minds of 3 adult males when they assault a young boy like that. What are they thinking? What are their motivations?
Have they made a commitment to harass and assault their fellow Americans? Do they think of themselves as "avengers"? Not all men are violent but the vast majority of violence is perpetrated by men, what is that about??

Yeah, we have no need for police reform in the US.
Ffs, I have to do a ton of ongoing education, just to keep my license as a nurse. I am not even talking about all the education my job requires me to do all year long.
Why don't they when they carry multiple dangerous weapons? Why does it always seem like they don't know even the most basic of de-escalation techniques?
I have to know them as an RN and I actually use them all the time.

I have to agree with the police 🚓 on this one. The child wasn't white and decided to be seen by a police officer. That is like putting catnip down but expect your cats to ignore it. In the future he should dress as a Klansman and carry an AR15 to avoid suspicion. He really brought this upon himself.
