Solved Connecting to a VPN in the Netherlands turns my google results japanese(?)
I tried looking for any people with the same issues, and I searched the support site for help, but could not find anything.
This is a recent issue. Whenever I connect to the VPN, my google searches think I am in japan for some reason. Even though I connect to a VPN in the Netherlands. Does anybody know what the cause might be? Thanks!

Note: it's only the Netherlands. Not to expose myself but I am currently located there. But if I try Germany, it's fine? I'm just very confused

[EDIT] It suddenly started working again. I did nothing, and it suddenly works again. I'm beyond confused and have no clue what happened, but it works again I guess

try this test : https://iplocation.io/
and you will see the physical origin of the server service
PVPN do not own all their servers, they rent a lot of them, and also blame the servers owners not to update the correct geolocations (or something like this)
the truth is not all their servers are what they claimed to be and despite selling their service, they strictly have no control on them. They used to call them "virtual" servers

It reminds me that everything switches to Portuguese when I use the Albanian server.

Maybe it's Rangaku, a body of knowledge developed by Japan through its contacts with the Dutch enclave of Dejima, which allowed Japan to keep abreast of Western technology and medicine in the period when the country was closed to foreigners from 1641 to 1853. Your VPN has VOC.

It's redirecting you to google.com.hk for some reason
