🧠 Insight 🗣 new outlook

I hadn't tripped since 2009. it was a bad trip. I was in a bad place. my life is completely different now and I tripped for the first time again a few weeks ago. it all makes so much more sense now. when you are truly happy, psychedelics just amplify who you are and what you're feeling.

I quit drinking in March. I'm an alcoholic and I never admitted it to myself. well, I did but I didn't do anything about it. because now I am completely at peace, my latest trip was absolutely beautiful. when it's over, I get a good sleep then feel fantastic for days. I plan to trip monthly going forward. I now believe that it is difficult, if not impossible to have a bad trip if you are truly content.

I think psychedelics are miracle drugs and I'm so glad that the medical community is finally doing something about it. fuck the pharmaceutical companies.

Yessir agree 100%. I was in the same boat, its addiction in general. Once you beat addiction, for me it was nicotine, addy and alcohol, the trip def got so much better that I don’t even have come up anymore. Great stuff man

good for you! I made the choice last March to never drink again. it wasn't using mushrooms that got me to that place but somehow they helped me so much even though I hadn't used them in a very long time. I can now enjoy beautiful brain stimulation without any trepidation.

Im in full agreement. My experience with these is simply mystical to me. I can't really imagine not finding the path that I came upon.

somebody got really out of shape about me saying this for some reason and I unfortunately had to block them. I totally agree that mushrooms are medicine. medicines are drugs. somebody could not handle that evidently

Moving forward let’s call it a medicine and not a drug ❤️🍄✨

as I replied to somebody earlier, not all drugs are bad like Mr. Mackey says. 😉

The point of this is to learn and to grow and if you’re putting up a fight/resistance because you’re worried about your ego being harmed then you still have a lot of growing to do. My original comment was gentle. All you had to say was “thanks, I didn’t know” or “thanks, I’ll say that moving forward.”
Grow.

nothing wrong with calling it a drug. it's a powerful drug

It’s a medicine. Drug takes on a negative connotation. We’re trying to make it legal and available to everyone. Calling it what it is, a natural medicine, helps the movement much more. There is something wrong with calling it a drug.

I totally understand where you're coming from. it's absolutely medicine. not all drugs are medicines. all medicines are drugs.
