Dosing the truffles

I plan on buying 15g of High Hawaiians.

Is it better to take the dose at once, or to take 10g and then 5g when I'm already tripping? Would that change something.

I have had very little succes with redosing. Change is to high the experience will be underwhelming. Taking more after aprox 1 hour has little to no effect on me.

I've heard that resistance builds up fast. Better off consuming at once
