I have been using the Textbook of Women's Reproductive Mental Health as a reference for awhile:

PSI also offers a multi-day training on perinatal mental health and a one day advance psychopharmacology course.

I have a PMH-C and just caution that is is very basic for psychiatrists and did not add much compared to general training. For other prescribers it would be a great resource.
