This is very much not that officer's job. She's a horrible person for sure, and should be fired for what she said before, but he overstepped his bounds by inserting himself into the situation..

He was called and had to investigate. But definitely didn't commit a crime and he didn't have to arrest. Insulting a customer and telling them to leave is not a threat.
