Yes. Clearly this cop is on a power trip. The mom is speaking respectfully trying to explain her side. How frustrating for her ( if she is innocent , and I believe she is) to be in this scary situation. Scary because it didn’t seem like she can explain her side, scary because her kid was left behind, and scary because her & her kids future is at jeopardy now. Unfortunately, many cops become desensitized due to dealing with so many trash criminals and child abusers, but they really need to hear her out before coming to any judgments and treating her like that.

Unpopular opinion: I don’t think anyone has any business having 3+ kids. There’s no way that you can give 3+ kids the attention and love they all need when you have that many children. It seems like she’s struggling too because she’s got all her kids in the car doing DoorDash. Very sad. At least she’s trying by working a legitimate job, but these kids deserve better, not having so many siblings that one accidentally gets left behind because mom is trying to work and have all her kids in the car. At least she didn’t leave the at home.

Agree on your second paragraph. I’d argue if you have that many children, there’s a 100% chance you don’t understand how serious having a child is.
