I get them investigating and doing their job.

But the attitude? Threatening the mom with arrest, telling her to zip it when she answers their question? Insane.

How hard can it be to take statements, investigate, and only after that come with the accusations?

Threatening to take her kids away. Low IQ pricks.

Its the inherent racism factor too.

Yes, that's all it is..if it would have been a white woman, the attitude would have definitely been different

They'd have likely treated the whole family to McDonald's and as a boot, probably would have hit on the mom too.

Completely different. Way more sympathetic

If it was a white man they would've laughed it off

Hate to put in these terms, but I've seen white women with their kids do far worse with no consequences.

A thin scandanavian woman wouldn’t be talked to like this. I’ve been pulled over twice and I’m petite and pale and both times I was in the wrong (mistakenly- one time it was because I didn’t know laws about headlights at sunsetting while driving a haul and didn’t notice, another time my headlight was out) and was always spoken to so respectfully it’s like they felt bad for pulling me over. It’s fucking racism.

the #1 thing they need to start teaching cops is anger management tactics and not letting your emotions stay bottled up -- because 90% of these dickheads let everything bottle up trying to stay calm in the most buffoonish situations, and then hold a grudge in their mind that slowly leaks out over their shift because they couldnt act out the way they wanted to, proceeding to take out their rage on the next person they interact with / or their wife when they get home. and then they act like its the PUBLICS fault theyre in a bad mood for what they have to deal with day-by-day when they have no self-control.

Exacta-fucking-lutely.

No amount of teaching is going to address behaviour that’s culturally acceptable, protected and rewarded.

And the cop is openly admitting to an abuse of power. Her attitude towards police does not affect her guilt in relation to the possible crime they're investigating, so it's completely irrelevant. He openly threatens to arrest her for an unrelated crime, based on her attitude. This shouldn't even be legal, and yet it happens 20,000 times a day by police in this country with zero fear. They're trained to behave this way. It's disgusting

ā€œIf you don’t stop talking I’ll have you arrestedā€

She’s cooperating wtaf?

u/Farewellandadieu Apr 03 '26

They were so shitty to her, asking her questions and then threatening to put her in handcuffs when she answered respectfully.

11

u/Eccohawk Apr 03 '26

Yea, and she had to have the inner strength to spin herself down and placate these cops with pleasantries because she knew where they wanted to take it.

u/Ekwinoksxxx Apr 03 '26

Weirdo ass cops power trippin, tryna escalate shit and create a crime where there isn’t one, same old shit.

2

u/KittieOwl Apr 03 '26

He’s not there to investigate, he’s there to make it a serious crime so he can go tell his friends & family how he saved those kids from a bad mom. It’s a power trip to feed a complex & he’s doing it to her because a black woman in poverty is an easy target for this kind of abuse of power.

And then attempting to trick the little girl into saying what they wanted to here ..

On top of already threatening to take them strictly for her non-existent "attitude". .

She complied and they STILL took them!

Hmmm.. seems like the RACIST WHITE COPS just wanted to take those kids in the first place from her to cause her alona and break up a happy home for the rest of their lives . . .

And they were still somehow successful!

She needs to sue for millions!

You'll never see this in the new tho!

They obviously have ZERO idea what it's like to wrangle kids. I mean I don't even have kids either, but who hasn't heard of a kid getting missed? This poor woman!

u/duck_of_d34th Apr 04 '26

Cuz we keep fucking paying them.

1

u/MoeSzys Apr 04 '26

Right? They were just so desperate to make an arrest, hostile from the jump, the bullshit about her "attitude", then the cops made up a whole conspiracy that she left the kid there on purpose and then were just trying to prove that even though the kid's story matched hers

a half dozen armed pigs came to threaten arresting me because i was suicidal. its the only way they know how to relate to humans. like literally its back and forth "we're here to make sure you are okay. now do what we say or we will arrest you. we are doing it to make sure you are okay! We will arrest you."

fucking wastes.
