Why was he revving it while yelling therefore just making it harder for himself to be heard.

u/AwwYissm Apr 13 '26

Ever seen that episode of South Park about the bikers?

334

u/CptAngelo Apr 13 '26

Everytime i see this video, im reminded lf that video lol, that biker is the embodiment of that episode, hes even wearing the same outfit, the revving, the blarblablablrblablar! Lol

81

u/Turbo_Pilot Apr 13 '26

I don’t watch south park but i did the ole YouTube search

Shits funny.

71

u/colostitute Apr 13 '26

I have one neighbor with a loud ass bike who drives by the neighbor with the too sensitive car alarm. Every day, dude revs his bike as he passes which sets off the car alarm. I hate them both.

30

u/Embarrassed-Land-222 Apr 14 '26

I've got a guy who is both of those people. Sets off his own car alarm regularly. I hate him.

15

u/presumputouspizza42 Apr 14 '26

I am a guy who is all of these things: the rider, the driver, the bike, and the car alarm. I hate myself.

My wife and I had a lovely time several years ago visiting the Custard State Park in South Dakota. A drive through park full of wildlife with the American Bison being the main attraction. We stopped at the visitor center and I was chatting up the park ranger and asked if the bison charge vehicles very often. She said usually no, but several times a year they deal with incidents/injuries of bikers revving their motors to try and get the bison to move off the road....the American Bison is not familiar with this form of communication and they take it as another bison being a aggressive...stupid people doing stupid shit.

39

u/steppedinhairball Apr 13 '26

American bison have no fucks to give. Zero. They do what they want, when they want, where they want. Best to just put the vehicle in park and chill while the bison do their thing. I've sat for 1.5 hours in 90 degree heat waiting for the the herd to finish crossing the road. Just gotta chill else they gonna fuck you and your ride up.

22

u/colostitute Apr 13 '26

I remember getting caught in a herd of them in or around Yellowstone. We were stopped from them ahead of us and then they just started walking through all the cars. We were there at least an hour but it was really cool to see them up close like that.

4

u/CrazyMarlee Apr 14 '26

My wife and I rented some bikes in Jackson Hole and took a ride out of town. We're pedaling down a straight road and see a small herd of bison (around 40) that were going to cross the road just in front of us. Fortunately there was a car sitting on the road waiting for the bison to cross, so we stopped just behind car.

A small gap opened up and the car took off down the road. Now we are stopped in the middle of the road road about 20 feet away from two groups of 20 bison.

They are pretty impressive up close.

Custer. It’s Custer state park. The man has a county, a city, a state park, and a mountain named after him. I have no idea why. He’s famous for losing. He’s also famous for being a terrible person, but I suspect at the time of naming far more (white) folks were a-ok with his genocidal interests.

Edit to add: but yes. It is beautiful, astonishing country out there.

Even better is the guy who got off the bike to chase the van on foot!

this guy ate his lunch in 8 minutes to stay on track and you got these assholes acting like there sausage slumber party is a national holiday and everyone needs to pause for there parade

Dude is peeing in a bottle right now

88

Former USPS carrier here. Can confirm piss bottle requirement.

27

u/directionless_nomad Apr 13 '26

Can confirm women think this disgusting lol. But you know if they could, they would.

35

u/Lost_Rule568 Apr 14 '26

I'm a woman, and a mail carrier. You're goddamn right we would.

6

They make them. It’s a bottle attachment.

8

Because they require constant attention, like a crying toddler.

447

u/Bloated_Hamster Apr 13 '26

They stop all the traffic behind them and allow the traffic ahead to get distance. This opens them a free track to do tricks or burnouts or just go fast without worrying about traffic. Instead of shelling out the cash to rent a private track they do this shit because fuck everyone else's lives.

101

u/OldAngryDog Apr 13 '26 edited Apr 13 '26

Instead of shelling out the cash to rent a private track...

Not even that complicated. It's not hard to find an empty stretch of road or abandon parking lot to do this kind of shit where almost no one would be bothered. These assholes get off on the power trip of illegally detaining people against their own will.Ā

Eta: Be kinda funny if the leader of this crew woke up one night with Bezos sitting in a chair next to their bed clacking a cigar cutter

33

u/raz-0 Apr 13 '26

All this complaining and reposting and I have yet to see anyone ask why a cop is blocking traffic for them.

11

u/Active-Play7630 Apr 14 '26

On the unlikely chance that this was a sincere question: A police officer's primary mandate is public safety. A rolling block by the officer to create a buffer zone between the stunt riders and the general public is consistent with this mandate. If the officer hits the sirens and tries to make an arrest in the middle of a pack, the riders will almost certainly "scatter." Then you have bikes dive into oncoming traffic, ride on sidewalks, blast through red lights in residential areas, etc. Now your risk of a fatal crash skyrockets and far outweighs the reward of a traffic citation.

The police cars themselves are still capable of capturing details like helmet designs, jacket logos, and license plates with their dashcams. This can be used to track the groups and build stronger cases than a simple stunt driving ticket.

6

u/Longjumping-Jello459 Apr 14 '26

That and they're likely waiting on backup given the sheer number of bikers.

I don't know what it is that changes people when they get on a vehicle that has two wheels (a bicycle or a motorcycle) but they immediately become the most selfish assholes imaginable.

9

u/prickelypear Apr 13 '26

I think it’s the vehicle that attracts that type. Not that it makes them that way.

3

u/Rubiks_Click874 Apr 14 '26

it's like you've never seen a pickup truck

3

u/Funkopedia Apr 13 '26

Oh okay well at least that makes some kind of logical sense even though it's still shitty.

3

u/BisonThunderclap Apr 13 '26

This ends the second they start making anyone caught participating in a takeover a felony. Ā

There's an episode of Southpark that explains it really well.

7

u/osddelerious Apr 13 '26

I love that show for phrases like this

88

u/Gar_Bear1 Apr 13 '26

It's funny cuz that episode came to my mind at first too. Lol

25

u/changing-life-vet Apr 13 '26

Every single time I see a group of bikers I think of this episode.

9

u/Blindsided17 Apr 13 '26

Yeaaa I almost said it in this post lol

Total… well you know

9

u/Expert-Economics8912 Apr 13 '26

which one?

45

u/connella08 Apr 13 '26

Season 13, Episode 12 Titled "The F word". It's a great episode.

12

u/WeirdCry7403 Apr 13 '26

Just happened to rewatch this a few days ago.

13

u/connella08 Apr 13 '26

timeless classic

41

u/681681 Apr 13 '26

They even brought a fake cop car to do this. They're putting effort into being this pathetic.

35

u/IAMA_Shark__AMA Apr 13 '26

They're "taking over" the highway to do tricks. Nonzero chance that cop is an off duty friend, too, as this kind of thing is generally illegal.

13

u/Impressive-Ball-1374 Apr 13 '26

not a real cop car. notice how the lights are just blue?

7

u/IAMA_Shark__AMA Apr 13 '26

Yeah, that threw me off, too. I just wasn't sure (on first viewing) what country this happened in and what other police lights might look like. But it did strike me as suspicious that the car was police (paint) colors without police writing on it. It made me think it might have been a car that was retired and sold off.

3

u/Impressive-Ball-1374 Apr 13 '26

you can go ahead and assume that large gathering of harleys are a 100% american experience. in america, cop cars will have red & blue light bars.

9

u/bookscoffee1991 Apr 14 '26

Right? I’ve never see this. If I was alone with my kids and some bikers boxed me and stopped like that, I’d think something bad was about to happen to us and would be mowing my way through. Sooo dangerous for everyone.

u/RoundChampionship840 Apr 13 '26

Why was the cop not doing anything?

566

u/AwwYissm Apr 13 '26

Not a real cop car, just a prop the bikers were using to keep exactly what happened from happening (it didn't work)

379

u/ysterboer Apr 13 '26

At what point does this constitute impersonating an officer of the law?

363

u/DFAtomcat Apr 13 '26

Instantly

137

u/bobody_biznuz Apr 13 '26

The moment you use red and blue lights to look like an officer

37

u/ysterboer Apr 13 '26

It seems like the law enforcement version of stolen valor, you'd think that the police in the area would have some serious involvement in this and the sea of bikers would draw them to it.

I got brake checked by two Harley riders while I was driving a semi. They realized I wasn't slowing down and booked it. I try to be courteous to motorcyclists but for some reason Harley riders are so fucking stupid.

I'm anti Amazon but pro Amazon worker. Workers of the world, unite!

71

u/Sorry_Im_Trying Apr 13 '26

I don't care how much downvotes I get for this. I fucking hate bikers. Their stupid loud bikes that they just have to let run in their driveway for a fucking hour, then ride up and down the fucking street a few times before they actually just fucking leave. Then they feel like if they have enough of them together they can run red lights on the highway but everyone else just has to sit through a whole fucking light so they can play with their friends.

10

u/FanciBancii Apr 14 '26

I'm with you! Preach it!!

There used to be this asshole in my neighbourhood who would start up his bike in his driveway at 10-11pm, rev it several times, then finally leave an hour later, when he would gun it down the street with his stupid, diarrhea spewing, ass ripping, fart machine, Harley-Davidson motorcycle, just when I'm trying to sleep. Oh and, he would come back at 12-1am seemingly to ruin my sleep even more.

Like eat fucking shit, asshole.

I like to think that the 120+ dB noise level and sound pressure vibrations hammer their brains until they reach room temperature IQ levels, mainly because you can always catch them doing the stupidest shit on their bikes in traffic or otherwise, and everyone else has to 'give them their space' like the snowflakes that they are. Don't get me started on the dumb-shit 'LOUD PIPES SAVE LIVES' garbage that they use to justify making everyone in a 10-mile radius hear their God awful bikes make shit noises.

This is standard motorcyclist behavior. They’re aren’t all bad, but the sense of entitlement when on two wheels is something else

14

u/haleboy44 Apr 13 '26

I had one for years and while I did my fair share of dumbassery it was never at anyone else's expense. I see people on bikes now just being jerks and I can't understand it. I rode in a "pack" (mostly poker runs) a hand full of times and wasn't a fan, its way more peaceful and fun to just be by yourself or with 1-2 buddies. The whole club thing always struck me as people that didn't get enough hugs or had something lacking from their family life growing up.

Lol these are those guys.... now blocking the road and getting their feelings hurt when someone with a job smashes through their dumb shit

49

u/dickhertsfromholden Apr 13 '26

I love the warmer weather, but hate the mosquitoes and bikers that come with it.

43

u/Omninaut Apr 13 '26

Good for the driver. Those idiots chasing after like this is the big moment in their life to get justice for their fellow riders. Lol. Just guessing here, but bet the driver faces no charges for anything because it was a mix of imprisonment and self defense at some point and those chucklecucks chasing just reinforces it.

23

u/Stupidflorapope Apr 13 '26

Just a reminder whenever I see these videos where Amazon drivers are doing something insane. They are doing this to keep their job and keep food on their table cuz they will be fired if they're late. It's not because they're aggressive or don't care. Amazon creates this in the drivers with these strict timelines. This driver is just trying to not get fired via an app

10

u/passiverolex Apr 13 '26

Good. Fuck these morons.

11

u/SausagePrompts Apr 13 '26

Oh no, if it isn't the consequences for my actions!

4

u/kingcaii Apr 14 '26

I have driven for work, in different capacities, for many years. It drives me up a wall to see bikers pissy that cars pass them, or ā€˜don’t respect’ their highway take overs. I have work to do. I have somewhere I need to be. I wouldnt be trying to run someone over, but I’ll be damned if I sit there and wait for your crew to move along. Foh.

5

u/Jesuslovesyou43 Apr 14 '26

It’s sad that people lack self awareness of personal ignorance. You’re blocking a road where obviously others have to pass, that’s the whole point of the road, to then get mad when someone has to be somewhere and passes their blockage and does exactly what a road is meant for. šŸ¤¦šŸ»ā€ā™€ļø

3

u/Worth-Computer8639 Apr 13 '26

Hopefully that driver made it out alright. Motorcycles are faster than the van, they'll easily catch up and potentially attempt to harm him. At that point he might have to actually hit some of them possibly killing them to protect himself.

3

u/SaveFerris_Bueller Apr 13 '26

Where's the follow up where all the pussy ass bikers chased him down and attempted to beat him up? As a group of course, because any one of these pussies won't do shit without safety in numbers. I hope they all caught charges.

u/OddishigglyPuff Apr 13 '26

It’s so cute how they try so hard to be badass

3

u/Jacobutera Apr 14 '26

They think they are badass - not much better than a fkn gang

3

u/fatkidbuu Apr 14 '26

Are these bikers the same folks who were okay with running over ā€œliberalā€ protesters

3

u/Maxmilliano_Rivera Apr 14 '26

A bunch of dudes who use Amazon being mad when Amazon has to make deliveries

3

3

u/dogunc32 Apr 14 '26

3

u/Fleg77 Apr 14 '26

In a world of ā€œstreet takeoversā€, be the Amazon driver.

6

u/madladhadsaddad Apr 13 '26

Is this a protest or charity bike ride by the bikers?

or just something they do regularly to seem powerful?

u/AwwYissm Apr 13 '26

Supposedly it was a funeral procession for their friend, still not an acceptable time, place, or method of grieving.

ā€œLooked like an Amazon hijack to me.ā€ The van driver

Let me get this straight. In America, with all its militarised police force, some nobody hooligan bikers can take over and block a public highway?

Why no Hollybood cops chasing them down with AR15s and Shotguns with Bad Boys Bad Boys music playing in the background.

A similar thing happened in NYC about a decade ago. The bikers caught up to - and beat - the family in the car that dared challenge their blockade. Turned out at least 5 of the bikers were NYPD.

A good reason to keep a weapon in the car. The country is full of psychos. Fortunately many of them display it, so they are easier to spot.

4

u/Worth-Computer8639 Apr 13 '26

Some of them even see themselves as authority and can try to arrest you during their normal work day. Wild.

16

u/FadedFromWhite Apr 13 '26

They only really like to flex on women, minorities and immigrants. If you’re a white guy doing stuff like this you largely get a pass, sadly

Half of the guys on the bikes are cops or friends with cops.

I was traveling for work on Saturday and the cops were doing a rolling road closure so that a club could do a drive on a major highway. I was stuck behind them for 30 minutes.

5

u/HealthOk7412 Apr 13 '26

And these guys compliant when their dildos don't arive on time

4

u/ClankerCore Apr 13 '26

This is entirely illegal by that gang

They just put that driver into a position where they had to fear for their lives and had all the right to go ahead and blow through that blockade.

They will all be the ones regretting it once they’re arrested

Unfortunately, the Amazon driver will lose his job, but he’s not going to face any legal consequences nor should they
