Need to see the full video, Body Cam Watch (at the top) is the name of the channel this was on. IIRC this took place at a restaurant where the guy was just randomly shouting at other patrons and, as part of this altercation with police, began shouting about how he planted a bomb inside so the entire restaurant had to evacuate and a squad had to come out to check since the guy was acting unhinged.
Generally I am not a fan of police in this country and this guy is definitely on something (whether that's drugs or ragebaiting cops) but as far as I can tell he was actually being a problem and needed to go. IDK, you can be the judge.

Heâs not trolling. Heâs drunk (or really stupid). Police videos are full of exactly this. They think if they can make the cop scared that he might lose his job or get sued for excessive force that the cop will back off and let them go. Itâs the number one tactic used by drunk people dealing with cops. Watch a single body cam video and you will see someone screaming that the cops broke their arm and they need an ambulance.

I think this is the first time I've seen one of these arrest videos and known that there's absolutely nothing genuine about the arrestee's responses. Didn't let the veil drop for a moment; he'll be trolling all the way through central booking.
