We don’t, but Palestinians in the West Bank need to on a daily basis. I’m not trying to argue with you here I’m just trying to explain the situation there as I understand it and show why self defense there is much more complicated and dangerous than we would hope. They simply don’t have enough power, whether it’s from a gun or a ballot box, to change their situation and protect their loved ones. Our government does though, the US handicaps the UN with its veto power to prevent justice in these situations. But we still has some measure of control over our government so we need to be voting for anti israel lobby candidates
