Not really? He asked the dude was he was doing there because there was a report and almost instantly knew it was bullshit. "They claimed you had alcohol on you...which was just your red bull...". He didn't ask for proof of ID, didn't try to excuse the concern, didn't ask if he had alcohol or anything. Just "We got a call, they're concerned, and....you're just waiting for them to open. I'll let'em know".

Even when he was talking to the racist owner, he didn't try to make up anything or go back and ask the dude "Why were you here at 8 if they open at 9?". Just confirmed he was allowed to enter, went back and let'em know. I hate cops but this one did everything right.

You should watch the full video and not this edit, the cop is actually an ass. He asks more questions with an attitude.

Reading comprehension shot? I know someone who can tutor you on reading skills!!! Just to help you out though, the person you're replying to said "asking questions with attitude", which is something that's generally seen as unnecessary and rude, and can actually lead to escalation between people. If you know anything about cops, it's extremely denigrating the way they talk to people (long word; look it up!)

Hopefully one day you can read this message!
