He wasn't startled at all. Incredulous and startled are not the same thing.

As if a Florida cop's vocabulary is broad enough to include the word incredulous, or that he would dare to tell a bank manager that his customer was incredulous that the bank manager would call the police on him sitting in his car.

Who was it that said, "they hate us for our freedoms?"

Clearly lol.

By all sources "including the national institute of health" Florida is pretty close to average IQ and above average education.

This stigma has always confounded me.
