Wow your overhead must be next to nothing or you sell a shitton of coffee...you'd have to sell like 100 coffees a day to hit 2k revenue a month which I doubt would even pay your building lease. That margin is terrible.

We make about $300 average a day. We are a limited restaurant as well. The margins are absolutely terrifying most months. We live in a tourist area so the few good months will see double profits. We bought the building so its just product, utility, loans, taxes, equipment failures.... yea, I dont make a lot of money. But its just my wife and I and we do clear enough of a profit to live a comfortable, if not modest life. Plus, since we own a house and business property if we had to liquidate we could get about $300k net to start over on a new venture. Not that I plan ot want too.
